Refund Policy

1. The Short Version

One-time credit packs from $6.99. A 720p 12s video costs 10 credits. Failed or rejected generations are refunded automatically.

Unused pack credits may be refunded within 7 days of purchase under the pack refund policy below.

2. Credit Packs

• Starter: $6.99 — 14 credits
• Basic: $29 — 75 credits
• Popular: $99 — 340 credits
• Pro: $199 — 800 credits
• Studio: $499 — 2500 credits

5. Failed Generations

Failed generations and provider safety rejections automatically return all held user credits to your balance.

6. New Accounts

New accounts start with zero credits.

7. Refunds on Purchased Packs

• A pack that is entirely unused may be refunded in full within 7 days of purchase.
• A partially used pack may be refunded within the same 7 days for the unused credits, valued at that pack's per-credit price.
• After 7 days, or for credits already used to render a video, purchases are final.
• Credits you put in a gift link count as used once someone claims them. Unclaimed credits count as unused again after you stop the link or it expires.

9. Billing Errors and Duplicates

Charged twice or charged the wrong amount? Open a support ticket within 30 days with the order number and we will correct it promptly.

10. Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — most issues are resolved within 5 business days. Fraudulent chargebacks (disputing charges for credits you used) may lead to account suspension.

11. How to Request a Refund

Open a support ticket from your account menu or email support@ai-rap-video-generator.net with your order number and reason. Approved purchase refunds return to the original payment method.

12. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits refund rights that mandatory consumer law grants you in your country of residence.
